Attendance & Punctuality

All of the staff at Holy Trinity aim to provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment that ensures that children want to be at school. Poor attendance clearly leads to poor achievement in school.

One of our school improvement aims is to improve our attendance figures.

When children’s attendance drops below 97%, parents may be requested to meet with the Head Teacher. If there is no improvement in a child’s attendance after this meeting, the school will have to inform Early Help Team who will offer support to improve the situation.

We want children to be in school and we are keen to work with families to help this to happen.

Please see our Attendance and Punctuality Policy on the School Policies page.
